Senior Paid Search Specialist

About The Role

Alley, a multi award-winning digital marketing agency with operations in Australia, USA, Philippines and Colombia is growing fast and looking for a passionate, high-performing Paid Search Specialist to lead the acceleration and growth of our business and clients. The Paid Search Specialist will own the performance, strategy and growth of multiple brands and Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts.

This is a Night Shift role to support the US timezone. Between 11pm-8am PH time.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years or more experience with Paid Search (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads)
• Experience managing Search, PMax, YouTube, Discovery, Display campaigns
• Managing Google Shopping campaigns and product feed (Google Merchant Center)
• Experience with Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Ads Editor
• Experience managing and optimizing medium to large budget accounts
• Experience managing multiple accounts and campaigns
• Attention to detail and ability to perform thorough account audits
• Experience and knowledge using Google Analytics to interpret data & insights
• Proven track record running paid search campaigns at scale to achieve business growth goals

Optional Skills (preferred but not necessary):

• Conversion Tracking experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team of paid search specialists and account managers to drive strategy, optimization, implementation and reporting to achieve business goals
• Manage account operations & execution (campaign set up, processes, optimization, budget pacing)
• Monitor and ensure team and account processes are adhered to
